TRUCK TO OFFICE TECHNOLOGY
ACE Petroleum drivers are equipped with handheld mobile devices used to scan the barcode on each vehicle and/or each piece of equipment to be fueled. The mobile devices record such data as fuel amount and time of delivery, thus maintaining data that is diverse, all-encompassing, and precise.
CLOUD-BASED FUEL AUTOMATION STATION
Fuel automation stations have a fully integrated, cloud platform. The cloud platform accommodates off-site inventory management, vehicle tracking, consumption metrics, and remote diagnostics. Our software uses advanced sensors to collect more than 500,000 data points per day via real-time visibility and certainty of adequate fuel supply. Developed on Microsoft’s reliable and strong Azure cloud computer platform, Ace Petroleum technology architecture is open and flexible. Therefore, our technology system has the flexibility to easily integrate clients’ existing systems and dashboards to automate processes, streamline billing, and discard the need for field-level paperwork. In real-time and from anywhere, the following information can be gathered:

ACE Petroleum operates from the FUEL NOW NETWORK (FNN), a cloud-based platform that automates the supply chain and efficiently moves the fuel delivery process. FNN offers key insight into delivery metrics and accurate business protocols that can be assessed from any device, at any time day or night. As a fully integrated platform, FNN gives Ace many updated operating procedures—real-time delivery monitoring, automated reconciling, customer invoicing, among others. The fuel network is a single-source platform for ACE to manage all fuel deliveries, including deliveries fulfilled through our comprehensive network of third-party carriers.
